MEET DR. FRANCINE BIRGANS

Dr. Francine Birgans is an Organizational Development scholar-practitioner, educator, researcher, speaker, and leadership specialist specializing in student self-efficacy and motivation.

Her work is grounded in both dissertation research and lived educational experience, allowing her to bridge theory, practice, leadership, and real-world application in meaningful and impactful ways.

Dr. Birgans has experience teaching and working within both K–12 and higher education environments, giving her a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing today’s students, educators, leaders, and learning institutions.

With experience spanning organizational development, professional development, leadership training, workforce development, and student success initiatives, she is passionate about helping individuals and organizations grow with clarity, confidence, purpose, and strategy.
