We believe people deserve to be seen, valued, developed, and empowered. Through education, consulting, leadership development, and community engagement, we help others move from potential to purpose and from vision to impact.

EthInLead® was not created overnight. It is the result of years of leadership, learning, faith, service, and the pursuit of purpose.
Dr. Francine Birgans' leadership foundation was heavily influenced by one of the largest and most respected organizations of her early professional career. The values of leadership, accountability, customer service, development, and work ethic continue to influence her today. As she often says, she still "bleeds green and white."
Yet despite professional success, there remained a sense that something was missing.
Returning to school to earn her master's degree became the first piece of the puzzle.
It opened the door to a deeper understanding of leadership, education, and personal purpose. But even then, there remained an internal pull that suggested there was still more to discover.
As the journey continued, the call became stronger.
"Deep calls unto deep."
Pursuing a Ph.D. in Organization Development brought years of experiences into alignment. Leadership, education, business, service, coaching, and purpose began to connect in ways that finally made the light bulb go off to a deeper understanding and calling.
In 2018, Dr. Birgans made the decision to trust what she sensed internally, even when the path ahead was not entirely clear. She chose to follow purpose, embrace growth, and walk by faith.
What had always existed within her began to emerge.
The teacher.
The builder.
The coach.
The leader.
The strategist.
The developer.
Francine was always a natural builder. Established foundations. Developed people. Strengthened systems. Helping others grow into their intended purpose.
EthInLead® became the vehicle through which those gifts, experiences, education, and calling could serve others.
Today, EthInLead® stands at the intersection of leadership, education, consulting, community, and purpose.
Because this work was never simply about building a business.
It was about answering a call.
