Through community-centered initiatives, strategic partnerships, and purpose-driven programs, we create opportunities to serve, support, and strengthen people where they are.
Social Responsibility
At EthInLead® we believe that business should serve communities while still growing, as mentioned by Philip Kotler. In addition, we should "do" what we teach. When teaching business students, Dr. Birgans, talks about social responsibility. "I can't talk about it and then don't do it for my own business."
Therefore, the COMMUNITY division was added. We were always serving in the community; but, it was not its own separate division. Now it is!

Honoring Educators Through Service
Dr. Birgans, is an educator and has a heart for educators!
Knowing first hand what it means to be appreciated in today's world of education, this community initiative is near and dear to the brand!
For this initiative, we intentionally honor educators for their commitment, care, and continued impact on students and families.
What began as a simple act of appreciation in 2020 has grown into a community-supported effort to recognize and uplift those who serve daily in the classroom.
You are welcome to participate!
All donations are tax deductible.
This year we will give out self-care packs to educators!
